On the golf course

This unique property has an ideal location between a tranquil cul-de-sac and the golf course Playa Serena, with own direct access to the golf course and just a stroll away to the beach.

The natural reserve at Punta Entinas Sabinar is just 10 minutes walk away, with its 20km of natural beaches, water birds, pelicans, swans and other birds who know where is the best place to spend the winter.

All the amenities of Playa Serena are very close by, with bus and taxi service, supermarkets, bars, beach bars, special restaurants, the golf club, etc... and within less then 20 minutes drive you can use another two championship golf courses (La Envía Golf and Almerimar) and four commercial centres (El Corte Inglés, Viapark, Copo y Gran Plaza), a hospital, different centres for first medical attention as well as private medical centres in the tourist area and in the village of Roquetas de Mar.

The industrial area at Las Salinas is on the east side of Roquetas de Mar (the predominant wind direction is best), away from Playa Serena.

Most of the visitors of our area come from Britain and Germany, but the tourist from the rest of Spain,Belgium, Holland, Sweden, etc. are also very present, together with a good percentage or permanent residents.

The villa

It was built, just a few years ago, on three levels with a modern and very practical design, with many special features, like:
